Dear members of SITM,
Thank you for your fascinating proposals for SITM in Genova, 8-13 July, 2019. Some of you told me that they missed the deadline. This is why Tiziano offers a new deadline for paper proposals: February 15th, 2018. You can find the call for papers on our webpage: http://www.sitm.info/sitm-genova-2019-call-for-papers/ The deadline has to be so early in order to enable Tiziano to apply for funding. Certainly it will be possible to alter the paper a little bit by the time you hand in the paper (deadline for handing in the paper is March 31, 2019).
Thank you also for your proposals for performances. We could fit another 1-2 performances into the program. Therefore, here again, Tiziano offers you the new deadline February 15th, 2018, if you still wish to make a proposal. Here again, Tiziano needs the proposals for applying for funding. Therefore, he cannot tell you now, how much financial support he can offer to the performing students. Please try to find funding yourselves, too.
